SCOPE OF LEGAL SERVICES

The Firm provides comprehensive legal services covering both litigation and non-litigation matters, including legal consultation, legal opinions, court representation, assistance before law enforcement institutions, contract drafting and review, legal due diligence, and dispute resolution services.

In the non-litigation practice we provide services such as negotiation and resolving various legal disputes of our Clients. The scope of cooperation we offer to our client is in FLAT FEE BASIS/RETAINER and CASE BY CASE BASIS covering the scope of legal services as follows:

Providing legal opinion/legal opinion both orally and in writing on various legal issues faced by Client.
Collecting non-performing receivables
Attorney in Court/litigation process, covering all scope of criminal justice, civil, commerce, industrial relations, consumer protection, etc.
